Tia Hernández had decided to pursue medicine from an early age. Growing up in the Midwest, ‘naturopathic medicine’ wasn't a familiar term, but it aligned with all of the ideals she had about what medicine should look like - holistic, integrative, and individualized.

Driven by a passion to address the existing gaps in healthcare for women-bodied individuals, and envisionment of a future where women's health is prioritized, Dr. Hernández provides comprehensive Naturopathic care to individuals during preconception/fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum periods with modalities such as nutrition, botanical medicine, pelvic floor therapy, and more. Her goal is to help to cultivate an environment where every patient feels truly understood, empowered, and supported.
