Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on therapeutic approach that focuses on the central nervous system. It is built upon the premise that the body has its own healing mechanisms, which can be encouraged through manipulation using light touch. During this therapy with roots in Osteopathy, practitioners assess and enhance circulation, releasing tension and promoting a state of balance, enabling self-healing. This gentle modality is safe for adults, infants, and during all stages of pregnancy. Craniosacral therapy can offer adjunctive support for:
Fussy or hard-to-soothe babies
Digestive issues, reflux, and colic
Spitting up and breastfeeding problems
Latch difficulties and sore nipples
Teething and sleep challenges
Mobility, sensory, and vision issues in children
Headaches, migraines, and chronic pain in adults
Stress, anxiety, and emotional tension
Postpartum recovery and physical strain
TMJ, neck, and back pain for adults and parents
And much more.

Prenatal/postpartum Massages:
Once your appointment is booked with our skilled massage therapist, our customer care team will contact you to confirm the details and finalize the schedule. Upon confirmation, our therapist will arrive at your home to deliver a rejuvenating massage experience. We will bring all the necessary equipment; we simply ask that you prepare a space for setting up the massage table.
For optimal results, we recommend scheduling massages at least once a month or more. Regular sessions can help alleviate stress and anxiety, relieve muscle and joint pain, improve circulation and sleep quality, reduce sciatic nerve discomfort, and support hormone balance. Check out our massage therapy page for ways prenatal/postpartum massage can help support your journey!
Prenatal/Postpartum Craniosacral Therapy:
Our craniosacral therapist will begin by conducting a comprehensive assessment of your condition and treatment goals. Using a gentle, hands-on approach, they will evaluate areas that require attention during your session, aiming to support a parasympathetic response for enhanced relaxation.
Craniosacral therapy is an excellent complement to both prenatal care and postpartum recovery. It helps alleviate physical discomfort, reduce stress and anxiety, improve circulation and sleep, and enhance pelvic alignment and overall well-being. We recommend monthly sessions or more to support optimal fetal positioning, relieve physical discomfort, and promote a smooth postpartum recovery. Visit our craniosacral therapy page to discover how prenatal and postpartum craniosacral therapy can benefit you!
Infant Craniosacral Therapy:
Our craniosacral therapist will begin by taking a detailed history of your baby’s birth experience, behavior, and therapy goals. After completing the intake, the therapist will gently assess your baby using light pressure, and treatment will be tailored based on this assessment.
Craniosacral therapy for infants can effectively address feeding difficulties, developmental concerns, and sleep issues. It also helps alleviate discomfort and supports recovery from conditions such as tongue ties, torticollis, birth trauma, vacuum extraction, colic, gastrointestinal issues, and more. Visit our craniosacral therapy page to learn how craniosacral therapy can benefit your baby!

Every baby is unique, and the recommended frequency of craniosacral therapy sessions will vary based on the specific condition. For frenotomy recovery following a tongue tie, bi-weekly or monthly follow-ups are typically advised, depending on the severity of the baby’s discomfort. For conditions like torticollis or birth trauma, we suggest weekly to bi-weekly sessions to support recovery. For general comfort and to promote healthy developmental growth, monthly follow-ups are recommended.
-
Craniosacral therapy is exceptionally safe for both mothers and babies, utilizing a gentle, non-invasive hands-on approach to release tension and enhance overall comfort. This therapy is ideal because it applies no pressure that could cause harm to either the mother or baby.

We will supply all necessary equipment for your rejuvenating home massage. Please prepare a suitable space for our massage therapist to set up the massage table. Prior to the session, the therapist may request that you change into a robe or bath towel. If you prefer to use your own pillows for added support, please have them readily available; otherwise, we will provide pillows for your comfort during the massage.
