Locations past Palo Alto (Mountain View, Los Altos, Cupertino, San Jose, Milpitus, Saratoga areas and beyond), and East Bay locations (Oakland, Berkley, Marin, Fremont, Lafayette, Walnut Creek, San Ramon, and more) are subject to a surcharge fee.
